That the above captioned suit is pending before this Honourable Court and fixed for 00-00-202_ for evidence.
That the undersigned has been requested by the actual counsel of the defendants to render his appearance before this Honourable Court for adjournment as he is feeling not well and is totally incapable to appear before this Honourable Court today i.e. 00-00-202_.
PRAYER
In view of above, it is most humbly prayed that the matter may kindly be adjourned for short period, in the interest of justice.

That the plaintiff has filed the present against this defendant for declaration and temporary injunction.

That, however, since has met an accident on………., and still bed ridden, it will not be possible for the defendant to remain in this Hon'ble Court today as well as during the next week.
That in the circumstances, it is prayed that the matter may kindly be postponed to the next suitable date.
