(Third Divorce)

This notice of Third Divorce is being made at _______ on __th day of January, 2024.

That my marriage ceremony was solemnized with ______ daughter of _______, holding CNIC No. 00000-000000-0 resident of House No.__, Street No.___, Lahore, on 0-0-20__ with the consent of families of both the parties and according to Muslim law, against the dower amount of Rs. _____/- (prompt/ Muajjal) which was paid at the spot. 

During the course of our marriage, differences have arisen between us, leading to a breakdown in our relationship. Despite our best efforts to resolve these issues, all attempts have been unsuccessful. As a result, it has become impossible for us to continue living together peacefully as husband and wife

That due to circumstances stated above, it has become very difficult for us to live together as spouses, therefore, in exercise of my right of divorce, and in accordance with section 7 of the Muslims Family Ordinance i announce Talaq upon my wife by this divorce deed,

I, with my free will and consent, hereby pronounce third and final divorce and set you _____daughter of ______ free from my wedlock, by legally, and Islamically, terminating the bond of marriage between us. from this date onwards, there shall be no association or affiliation between us whatsoever as a couple, and you are fully free to marry whomever you choose, as per the Muslim Family Law Ordinance (1961) and Shariat, as am I.
